Swedish favourites, never forgotten.
The kebabpizza, pizzasallad and prinsesstårta we grew up with stayed with us long after moving to London.
Swede Stop began with one family, one powerful feeling of nostalgia and a simple ambition: to give Britain the Swedish pizzeria food we grew up loving.

After being born in Sweden and moving to London as children, our family carried the taste of home with us. We missed the pizzeria favourites that are part of everyday life in Sweden: crisp kebabpizza piled with fresh salad, tangy pizzasallad, generous sauces and a slice of green prinsesstårta.
That longing became Swede Stop. We opened our family-run pizzeria in West London to recreate those favourites properly—not as an imitation, but with the same care, balance and familiarity we remembered.
Every detail matters. The thin base has to be crisp. The döner has to be good enough to carry the pizza. The herbs, fresh toppings and sauces have to work together in exactly the right way. That is the difference between a pizza inspired by Sweden and one that genuinely tastes like home.

Our first pizzeria became a place for Swedes, Londoners and curious food lovers to share the same table.
We want to grow carefully, protect what makes Swede Stop authentic and take these favourites to new communities.
It is not one ingredient. It is the balance of texture, freshness, seasoning and sauce that makes a Swedish pizzeria favourite instantly recognisable.
